Crisis Management


We will come up with an effective business plan to manage immediate concerns raised by CQC and other authorities. This will include: 

 

  • Ensure your organisation complies with any warning notices or enforcements from the regulator as soon as possible.

  • Review budgets, staffing cost and expenditure.

  • Implement compliance with Keys Lines of Enquiry.

  • Ensure HR policies are in place and followed for all personnel and recruitment processes.

  • Keep up to date supervisions, appraisals and training.

  • Marketing and Networking to increase occupancy.

  • Assist with improving CQC rating.

 

Will liaise and work together with all external authorities to ensure a timely response to their concerns.

 

  • Regular meetings with the quality assurance team.

  • Arrange infection control visits and compliance visits.

 

We will work within the home as long as necessary for the turn around to take place and the home is in a position to run independently.
